Heterogeneous management and the need for standardization at the fleet level
Cora, a major retail chain in France, wanted to modernise the energy management of its hypermarkets. The buildings were equipped with varied technical equipment and disparate management tools, making it difficult to implement a coherent strategy at the national level.
The aim of the sign was to:
- One single platform to centralize building data
- One significant reduction in energy consumption
- La compliance with the BACS decree
- La valorization of the project via the CEEs
- A scalable and accessible solution for its national and regional teams
Centralized hypervision and interoperability with existing equipment
Sensinov supported Cora in the deployment of a centralized BMS across its entire fleet. Thanks to its ability to interface with the heterogeneous systems already in place, the solution made it possible to quickly connect all the sites without reinstalling the equipment.
The implemented solution includes:
- One National energy hypervision to control technical equipment (HVAC, lighting, food refrigeration)
- One real-time monitoring of energy drifts with automatic alerts
- One multi-actor access : headquarters, regional managers, technicians
- An intuitive, accessible and quick to use platform
- La implementation of a coherent energy policy, applied at the park scale
Controlled consumption, structured management and regulatory compliance
- Reduction in energy consumption up to -48% on controlled equipment
- Compliance with the BACS decree across the entire park
- Global management facilitated via a centralized interface
- Reduction in technical incidents and site trips
- Improving coordination between national and local teams
- Valorization of the project via EEC
- Foundations laid for a gradual digitalization of assets
